How we approach measurement training
Most KPI courses teach you to build measurement systems in isolation. You learn frameworks, install dashboards, set targets—then discover the real challenge is getting people to trust and use what you built.
We start from the other direction. You spend the first two sessions analyzing how decisions actually get made in your organization, identifying the specific information gaps that cause delays or mistakes. Then we build measurement approaches designed to fill those gaps.
The framework module teaches you to design metrics that connect to decisions someone needs to make—not metrics that exist because "you should measure something." You learn to distinguish data that changes behavior from data that just accumulates in spreadsheets.
By the time you're implementing dashboards, you already know which questions they need to answer and who needs to see them. The technical work becomes straightforward because you've done the hard conceptual work first.
